Hello lovely clients of Worthy Hair Co.! I absolutely adore each and every one of you and hope that our love story continues to flourish. To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read and understand our cancellation policy.
First things first, I totally understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I just ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice so I can adjust our schedule accordingly. You can easily reach me via direct message on my socials or a quick text message.
Now, we know that sometimes things come up unexpectedly and you may not be able to give us that 24-hour notice. In those cases, we do have a small cancellation fee of 20% of your service for appropriate appointments. We only ask for this fee to help us cover the costs of our one-woman show and keep our small business thriving.
But let's focus on the positive! I love serving you and providing you with the best hair care experience possible. Your support means the world to me and I am grateful for each and every one of you. If you need to reschedule your appointment, just give me a shout and we'll find a new time that fits your schedule.
Now, let's talk about something… showing up for your appointment! I’m all about positive vibes and good energy here, so let's keep that going by avoiding any disappearing acts. If for some reason you can't make it, just shoot me a message and we can work out a solution. Remember, happiness and positivity go a long way - and that's exactly what I want for you!
Late Arrivals: Hey, we totally get it - life’s unpredictable. If you're running behind schedule, just give me a quick message so I can make a plan of action. While I may need to shorten your service time, I promise to still provide top-notch quality and care.
Confirmation: I want to make sure you never miss a beat! That's why I send out appointment reminders via SMS 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Exceptions: While I do have a cancellation policy in place, I understand that life can throw some curveballs. If something unexpected comes up, just let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
